Breathe, Believe, & Love Yourself

Psychotherapy for Individuals
Ready to Feel Alive Again

Sometimes we feel uncertain about what is happening in our life, our relationships may not be where we want them to be, family situations can be difficult, we may feel some anxiety, not sure what is coming next, sadness, feel out of control, and we can reach for some unhealthy avenues, whether it is drugs, alcohol, or other addictive behaviors. Maybe there are things from the past such as trauma that are bleeding into our life, and even possibly our relationships. We may just not know how to move through the yuck, how to unfreeze ourselves, and or we have the case of the “whatever or the who cares”.

Life can be overwhelming, exciting, confusing, tiring, joyful, and eventful. With that sometimes, we may just need to let it all out, therapy can be that place for you. Therapy can be that third party, outside support, non-judgmental place where that hour is just about you. Therapy is a space to help you overcome some of life’s biggest stressors, fears, or whatever it is that you are feeling. To help you restore the balance and the belief in yourself, to LOVE YOURSELF.
